is by helping primary and secondary schools in Kettering to fund a programme for local gifted and talented students. This is part of a national scheme to improve the education of such children and young people aged 3-19 in schools and colleges throughout England.<\/p><p>Gifted and talented students are defined as those who have developed (or show the potential to develop) one or more abilities that are significantly ahead of the norm for their year group.
